Shipping

  • We ship within Australia only. At present we are able to ship, if this situation changes due to COVID-19 we will update our website and social media to advise of this situation.
  • We are shipping Monday to Friday with deadline of 4pm for next open business day dispatch. Any special shipping requests, please contact us.
  • Flat rate standard shipping of $10.95 applies to all orders of items, please allow 2 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery locations outside of metropolitan areas. These items will be shipped regular Parcel Post via Australia Post, Sendle or other courier services that we deem suitable.
  • Due to COVID-19 Australia Post, Sendle and courier services are experiencing delays. Please refer to the Australia Post or relevant courier website for your area if time for delivery is a factor (our postcode is 2093). 
  • In the case of any item ordered online not being available for shipment, we will notify you with a timeframe or alternative options. If these are unacceptable to you a refund will be given.
  • If the order results in higher shipping fees, we reserve the right to email or call you and request further shipping fees or cancel an order. If the cancellation of your order occurs because of increased shipping fees, we will be in touch and refund the order.
  • In regards to loss, delay or damage by Australia Post or courier, please contact us. You have 7 days from receiving your package to let us know of any issues regarding your package. We will require photographic evidence.
  • Once shipped a tracking number will be issued to the email address provided which will enable you to track the progress of your order. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
