• We aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping. We unfortunately cannot give refunds or credits for change of mind.
  • We will arrange replacement, exchange or refund for any items that are supplied in a faulty condition, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied. If an item is the wrong size ordered, we can only provide an exchange. We aim for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We may be able to offer a return for exchange or store credit. Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of purchase or receipt of the item. They must be accompanied by proof of purchase and need to be made in person, by email or telephone. The item must be returned in as-new condition along with all product packaging, labels and tags and the item must be unused, unworn and unaltered condition. Any postage costs on exchange of items is to be at the cost of the customer. The item is to be returned by a trackable service and returned to our address.
  • Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged unless deemed faulty.
  • Please contact us via email detailing any issue as soon as possible. We may require proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
